ICC24 Oral Presentation Instructions

Oral Presentation Overview

ICC24 Oral sessions will be held in the Everson Auditorium. Each oral presenter is permitted 15 minutes maximum. You should arrange your talk so that your presentation lasts 12 to13 minutes, with 2 to 3 minutes available for questions. You are expected to notify the session chair of your presence at least 10 minutes before the start of the session so that he/she knows that you are present. There will be no rearrangement of papers within an oral session to accommodate absences or cancellations. The time that you have been assigned within the oral session is fixed. Please inform your session chair if you must withdraw your paper from the program on site at the conference.

Slide Preparation

All authors of Oral Presentations are required to upload PowerPoint or PDF type slides for their presentations using the ICC Slide Upload site.

All slides will be available on the ICC website starting around June 15, 2026, and extending two months after the conference.  To meet the constraints of the file upload software, your presentation slide file size must be less than 20 MB.

Slide Presentation Digital File Format

The basis of your presentation will be a slide package in either PDF or PowerPoint (*.ppt or *.pptx) format.  PDF is preferred to avoid any font-related issues.  Each package should begin with a title slide reflecting the paper's title, authors, and affiliations, and the package should end with a summary slide(s) of key results/conclusions.  The slide package should contain a maximum of 20-30 slides. 

Presentation Digital File Submission Date and Naming

Authors are required to upload electronic versions of their presentation to the Author Upload Site between May18 and June 15, 2026.  Early submission is highly encouraged to allow early proofing of your successful uploads and linking to the conference website.

Your submitted files should be named with your paper number and name in the following format:
